Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping? All prices include worldwide shipping. Prices are listed in SEK. Please note that import duties and taxes may apply for orders outside Sweden and the EU — these are the customer's responsibility.

How long does shipping take? Paintings are shipped within 2–3 weeks of payment. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. International delivery typically takes 5–30 days depending on destination.

How is the artwork packaged? All original artwork is carefully packed flat in a reinforced cardboard envelope or shipped in a tube. All paintings arrive unframed unless otherwise stated.

How do I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and courier details.

Will I be charged duties and taxes? Orders shipped outside Sweden and the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. Carina Kinnman is not responsible for these charges or any delays caused by customs.

Returns & Cancellations

Can I return my order? Orders within the EU can be cancelled and refunded within 14 days of delivery. Please read the Refund policy carefully before returning any items. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Contact info@carinakinnman.com before sending anything back.

About the Artwork

Are the paintings original? Yes — every painting is a unique, hand-painted original. Each work is signed and sealed with a personal Hanko stamp in vermillion mineral paste.

What materials are used? Carina works primarily with Sumi ink on handmade Washi paper, occasionally incorporating mineral pigments, charcoal, graphite and acrylics. All artwork is Uruachi mounted for archival quality.

Will the colours look exactly as on screen? Colours may vary slightly between screens. If you have questions about a specific work, contact info@carinakinnman.com.

Does Carina retain copyright? Yes — Carina Kinnman retains copyright on all paintings and images. Works may be reproduced as prints in the future.

Is local pickup available? Yes, local pickup in Stockholm is available upon request. Contact info@carinakinnman.com to arrange.
